My Story
I spent 30 years as a registered nurse — at the bedside, in the ICU, in clinics, and in patients' homes. I've held hands during diagnoses, explained treatment plans in plain English, and watched families navigate some of the hardest moments of their lives.
One thing I saw over and over again: people who were blindsided by what their insurance didn't cover. A hospital stay that cost thousands more than expected. A cancer diagnosis with no supplemental coverage. Hearing aids that Medicare wouldn't touch. These weren't rare cases — they were everyday realities.
When I transitioned out of clinical nursing, I knew I wanted to keep helping people — just in a different way. I became a licensed independent insurance broker specializing in Medicare, because I believe everyone deserves to understand their coverage before they need it.
I'm not a salesperson. I'm a nurse who happens to know Medicare inside and out. My job is to listen to your situation, explain your options clearly, and help you make a confident decision — with no pressure and no jargon.
